Mer Fagliano
Director of Strategy and Development
Mer serves as the Director of Strategy at the Education Association of America. She graduated from the University of Pennsylvania with a B.A. in History and Communications. After graduating, she began pursuing her passion for law and policy through positions in the non-profit sector that exposed her to issues of unequal education access and inspire her work at the EAA.
